  • You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags and in original condition
  • Returns are available for store credit, exchange, or refund
  • Final sale items are not eligible for return
  • We only accept returns for orders made through oecotag.com

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at [returns@oecotag.com]

    Please include your:

    • Order number
    • Reason for return or exchange
    • Photos (if the item arrived damaged or defective)
  2. Wait for our team to review your request

    We typically respond within 1–2 business days with a return authorization and next steps.

  3. Ship the item back to us

    You’ll receive a return label if the return is approved. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged, defective, or we made a mistake.
